The reviews on this site are strictly my own opinion.  My personal preferences in beer may get in the way but I try my best to evaluate based on the style requirements of each beer.  I hope you will find my reviews insightful and helpful.

I have also made the recent decision to pair each beer with a song.  I believe that beer is a creative and social drink that belongs with music.  I also believe that certain styles of music go with certain kinds of beers.  I hope you will find these pairings fun and interesting.

Grades:

90-100 An excellent beer that exceeds expectations and is crafted to perfection.

85-90 A great beer with fantastic flavor profiles that may fall a bit short.

80-85 An OK or average beer that is tasty but not incredibly memorable or special.

70-80 Below average beer with basic or poor flavors.

Below 70 A total waste of time and taste buds.
